These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of the Origo digital membership subscription ("Membership") offered by Genesis Publications Ltd ("Genesis", "we", "our", "us"). By purchasing a Membership, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

Origo is a digital membership subscription that offers exclusive access to online content created and curated by Genesis Publications. Membership includes, but is not limited to, digital journals, newsletters, video and audio materials, downloadable content, and exclusive member offers.
The Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is available in the following currencies:

Membership is billed annually and will automatically renew each year unless cancelled in advance. You will receive a reminder by email at least 7 days prior to your renewal date, including details of the upcoming charge.
Payment will be taken using the payment method provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are current.
If payment fails, we may attempt to contact you to update your payment information. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in suspension or cancellation of your Membership.
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the Origo Members Area, where all Membership content is hosted. This includes the Origo Digital Journal, monthly newsletters, archival materials, and other exclusive content.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, distribute, or republish Membership content without written permission from Genesis.
In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your Membership purchase within 14 days of the transaction date for a full refund, provided you have not accessed any digital content.
However, by purchasing a Membership, you will be asked to give your express consent to receive immediate access to digital content. By doing so, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel is waived once access begins.
Despite this waiver, Genesis will honour a full refund if you cancel your Membership within 14 days of purchase — even if you have accessed the content.
While cancellation rights may vary outside the UK and EU, Genesis offers the same 14-day full refund policy to all customers worldwide.
You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting our customer service team or by managing your subscription via your online account (if available). If you cancel:
Genesis reserves the right to update, amend, or modify the content, features, and benefits included in the Membership offering at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to active Members with reasonable notice.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a Membership, you agree to the use of your data for the purpose of administering your subscription and providing access to Membership content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, without prejudice to consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.
