How do I subscribe to Genesis Publications?
We invite all our customers to subscribe to our email newsletter. In doing so you will be kept up to date and be the first to know about new titles, receive invitations to exclusive author events and be eligible to pre-order at special rates.
How do I place an order?

What payment methods does Genesis Publications accept?
We accept payments by Visa, Switch, MasterCard, and Solo. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by American Express at the current time.
Are my personal details encrypted securely at checkout?
We use Thawte SSL Web Server Certificates to offer secure encrypted communications. Part of the VeriSign group, Thawte is a leading global certificate authority trusted by millions. Click here

What is your returns and exchanges policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will issue a full refund or exchange, providing you return the item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is paramount.

An electronic receipt for your payment will follow by immediately email. Please allow 3 business days for the team at Genesis to process your order.
How long does the bookbinding process take?
With the exception of Pre-Publication Offers we aim to despatch the majority of books within two to three weeks. All of our limited editions are hand-finished by traditional craft bookbinders. If any delays are necessary to achieve the high standards expected from a Genesis publication we will inform you of these as soon as possible.
How long will it take for my print to arrive?
Your framed print will take around two to four weeks from the time you ordered to arrive. Because our artworks are hand-finished some delays may be necessary to achieve the high standards expected from a Genesis edition. We will inform you if this is the case.
What is a Pre-Publication or Pre-Order offer?
Genesis notifies subscribers about new editions ahead of publication and formal announcements in the press. If you place your pre-order at this time, it will be at a special pre-publication price. Your finished book will be delivered at the time of publication, as displayed on the website and email communications.
What is the price in my local currency?
Genesis dispatches books and prints to subscribers in over 50 countries. We recommend that orders in Australia and New Zealand are placed with our local distributor, Hedleys Booksellers

Do you ship overseas?
Wherever you happen to be in the world, Genesis ensures your book is delivered safely. Every book is robustly packaged and we offer a fully insured, worldwide, express-delivery courier service as standard. Please note: delivery prices vary depending on size and weight.
What about Tax and Duties for international shipping?
When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country and are up to the recipient to pay. If in doubt, please check your country's guidelines for accepting shipped goods from the UK.
How long will my purchase take to arrive?
When your order is ready to ship it will be despatched via our international couriers. Delivery is Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm. For your security, a signature is required on delivery and, as a result, we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery times are as follows:
UK = 1 day from despatch
Europe = 2-3 days
USA/Canada = 3-5 days
Rest of the World = delivery times vary according to destination, but will normally not exceed 7 days
Can I pay in installments?
We offer interest-free instalments. To take advantage of the option to spread the payment for your purchase over three months, check the box marked 'Pay in stages' when placing your order. The amount payable each month will be shown.
If you have chosen to pay by instalments, your book(s) will be despatched when payment for your order has been completed. (Please note that payment by installment is not available for exclusive items).
What does 'Fully Subscribed' mean?
Each edition is strictly limited. The number of copies in the edition is shown on the product page. As soon as this number of copies has been reached, the edition is 'fully subscribed' and no further copies are created.
If you do find a copy from a fully subscribed edition on the second-hand market, it may be offered at a price considerably higher than its original pre-publication offering.
What is the difference between Deluxe and Collector copies?
All Genesis books are published in numbered limited editions. The Collector edition is the product of our creative collaboration with the author, who will sign each copy as a mark of their approval.
Over forty years it has become a Genesis tradition to occasionally rework the first copies we create, which we term Deluxe copies, with additional content, materials or intricate methods that might not be practical over an entire edition.
What is the value of my Genesis book?
If you'd like to find out how much your Genesis limited edition is worth, please don't hesitate to call us for advice. We can inform you of recent sales on the secondary market and help you to estimate current values.
How do I care for my book and do you offer book binding repairs?
Genesis editions are designed to be enjoyed for many years to come. If your book or print becomes damaged during the course of its life, please contact us. We can offer advice and may be able to arrange for it to be repaired by a trusted craftsman.
Each book is thread-sewn and can be comprised of a variety of products, including leather, art papers, perspex, mirrored surfaces and novel cloths. With this in mind we recommend taking care of your book by keeping it out of direct sunlight, away from fluids and foodstuffs, and by supporting the spine during handling.
