The Who Announce New 2021 Tour Dates
20 Mar 2020
Fans of The Who will be pleased to hear that the band have rescheduled their 2020 tour of the UK and Ireland for new dates in 2021. The band have published a full schedule for the nine-date tour, after the 2020 dates had to be pulled in the light of the deepening coronavirus crisis.
The sequence of shows has changed but all original tickets for the dates will continue to be valid, with Roger Daltrey commenting:
"It may be the last time we do a tour of this type, so keep those tickets, as the shows will be fantastic."
The band had also planned to play at London's Royal Albert Hall on 28th March, as part of this year's Teenage Cancer Trust shows. Along with all the other shows in the 2020 week of fundraising concerts it has yet to be rescheduled, but will be announced by the charity in due course.
