Happy Birthday Ringo

Genesis would like to send birthday wishes to the legendary drummer Ringo Starr, who celebrates his 82nd birthday today. As tradition has remained for over ten years, he invites everyone to 'spread peace and love' on the date.
Born 7 July 1940 in Dingle, Liverpool, in 1962 Ringo joined The Beatles, where he would go on to be considered one of the most skillful and famous drummers in the world. Following their disbandment in 1970, he has released 20 solo albums, and published three Genesis books -
Another Day In The Life, Postcards from the Boys and
Photograph - as well as contributing to a number of other editions.
Today, Ringo continues to leave his mark in the music world through a multitude of projects. He and his All-Starr Band are due to tour again this September and will be adding on 12 dates for concerts recently postponed due to Covid.
