Jeff Lynne's ELO are set to release their 14th album, From Out of Nowhere, on November 1st via Columbia Records.

News of the new album comes as Jeff Lynne's ELO finish their 2019 North American tour which featured Dhani Harrison. The new album also follows their 2015 LP Alone in the Universe.

Available for pre-order here, From Out of Nowhere features 10 new Jeff Lynne songs, including the title track, which you can listen to below:

In addition to the title track, the record includes the songs 'Help Yourself', 'All My Love', 'Down Came The Rain', 'Losing You', 'One More Time', 'Sci-Fi Woman', 'Goin' Out On Me', 'Time Of Our Life' and 'Songbird'.

Lynne performed virtually every instrument on the new album. According to its Amazon listing "he plays nearly every note of the music on guitars, bass, piano, drums, keyboards and vibes, as well as singing all of the lead and layered harmony vocals. Steve Jay, who also engineered the album, adds some percussion."

'From Out of Nowhere - that's exactly where it came from,' Jeff Lynne said in a recent statement. "That's the first one I wrote for this album, and it's kind of like that." He added that his aim was to spread optimism with the album: "Everybody's got to have a bit of hope."
