Dylan Jones Signs Magic: A Journal of Song at HMV Woking

Last night at HMV's new store in Woking, the award-winning journalist and author Dylan Jones attended a book signing in connection with the publication of Paul Weller's Magic: A Journal of Song.

 

The Sunday Times Bestseller is curated by Jones, whose interviews with Weller form the narrative of the book, discussing the singer-songwriter's rise from his explosive debut in The Jam, through the soulful years that followed in the Style Council, and his spectacular 16-album solo career that continues to this day.

It was fitting to be celebrating the new book in Paul Weller's hometown where The Jam was formed 51 years ago, and readers were able to have their books signed and dedicated by Magic's co-author. For those that couldn't attend, signed copies are now available to purchase in-store at the new HMV shop in Woking's Victoria Place shopping centre.
