"I first saw him when he was known as 'Rod the Mod', playing with Julie Driscoll and Long John Baldry in 1967."

"I took this shot in the garden of the house he shared with Britt Ekland in London. This was the third time I had arrived to do the shoot - he kept cancelling at the last moment and this time he only gave me a few moments. He must have felt a little guilty though as he insisted I join him for a drink at his local pub afterwards."
