COLLAGE Jackie Stewart's Grand Prix Album

COLLAGE is Sir Jackie Stewart's unique account of his racing career, told using the unseen archive of the Stewart family albums. Compiled at the time by Lady Helen Stewart, the albums offer a fascinating record of the halcyon days of Formula One and one of its favourite sons.
Starting with his early sports car and Formula Three races – including a win at Monaco on his very first trip overseas in 1964 – and culminating in a third World Championship in 1973, the COLLAGE limited edition preserves an incredible array of original press cuttings, pit passes, memorabilia and ephemera collected and lovingly catalogued at the time.
Sample spread shown: features the headline news surrounding the build-up to the 1968 US Grand Prix - including reports of Jackie smashing the course record in the opening practice session and the response to his all-new full face racing helmet (jokingly referred to as a letter box). Also shown are an original driver's entry ticket, and a spectator grandstand ticket.
Only 1,500 copies to be published - each book hand-signed by Sir Jackie Stewart.
COLLAGE: Jackie Stewart's Grand Prix Album will be available to pre-order March 2010. To register your interest and to receive regular updates, including a free prospectus, please sign up your email address below.
