Paul McCartney's iconic solo albums McCartney and McCartney II are being given an extensive remaster and reissue decades after their original release in 1970 and 1980. Released this Monday, 13th June, as part of the Paul McCartney Archive Collection their creation has been personally overseen by Paul. Each of the reissues were created using the actual master tapes and include the original tracks along with previously unreleased songs and alternative versions, remastered at Abbey Road Studios in London.

Paul McCartney's iconic solo albums McCartney and McCartney II are being given an extensive remaster and reissue decades after their original release in 1970 and 1980.

Released this Monday, 13th June, as part of the Paul McCartney Archive Collection their creation has been personally overseen by Paul. Each of the reissues were created using the actual master tapes and include the original tracks along with previously unreleased songs and alternative versions, remastered at Abbey Road Studios in London.

The various iterations include a heavyweight vinyl set, the inclusion of a DVD featuring rare and previously unseen footage, including rehearsal footage of 'Coming Up' and the new video for the unreleased track 'Blue Sway'.
