Genesis/lcc Sports Photography Awards

Ian Callaghan and David Fairclough both praised the four winners of the Genesis Sports Photography Awards in Liverpool on Wednesday night. Some 70 people attended the event which was covered by Sky, BBC Radio and the Daily Post.

The Liverpool FC official web site liverpoolfc.tv also ran a story, encouraging fans to go to the Q/A session following the presentation and the opening of an exhibition of 20 of the winning photographs.

The event was sponsored by Genesis Publications with the support of the Liverpool Community College, the Liverpool Football Club Former Players Association, the Daily Post and the Mathew Street Gallery.
