When David Met Mick...

Today is the 30th anniversary of the first meeting between David Bowie and Mick Rock, backstage at Birmingham Town Hall in 1972. Pictures that Mick took that evening, both backstage and onstage, will be included in MOONAGE DAYDREAM, the signed limited edition book they are co-authoring. MOONAGE DAYDREAM is nearing conclusion and is on track for publication in June 2002. Meanwhile Mick Rock has been at Genesis in the past week, working on the book.
